Refund Policy

Takuya Koichi (trading as ErgoSched) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@ergosched.com and we will arrange it for you. You do not need to give a reason.

Free trial

Every new account gets 7 days of full access free of charge and without payment details, so you can evaluate ErgoSched before paying anything.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your data stays viewable afterwards in read-only form.

Renewals

If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it. Paddle's refund policy also applies to all orders.
